Kerri A. Doll

Ms. Doll concentrates her practice in financial institution regulatory matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Doll served as Senior Counsel and Vice President of the Illinois Bankers Association and Chief Banking Counsel of the Division of Banking at the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. During her years in practice, Ms. Doll has provided legal advice to numerous financial institutions in matters of safety and soundness and compliance, drafted legislative and regulatory proposals and numerous enforcement actions, and managed the Corporate Applications Division for the Division of Banking, where she analyzed de novo, merger, and other structural applications for financial institutions. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University and her Juris Doctorate from the University Of Colorado School Of Law, Boulder, Colorado.
